HHA Recruiter
Onsite - Mt. Vernon Office
Valance Care is seeking a results-oriented Recruiter to lead the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of Home Health Aides (HHAs) throughout Westchester and Putnam counties.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) environment. This role requires exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities & Duties
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Negotiate job offers and terms of employment with selected candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand and meet staffing needs
- Utilize social media, job boards, and other recruitment platforms to advertise job openings
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience recruiting Home Health Aides (HHAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), or caregivers is strongly preferred.
- At least 2 years of prior experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry roles and requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Salary: $75,000+ based on experience and qualifications
