Dump Truck Owner-Operators / Contract Carriers Needed
We are looking for dependable dump truck owner-operators and contract carrier partners for ongoing aggregate hauling work in Texas.
This is a contract hauling opportunity for qualified owner-operators and carriers with approved dump truck equipment. We have multiple active lanes, daily dispatch, and ongoing demand for reliable capacity.

- End dumps
- Tri-axles
- Quads
Work Overview:
Drivers will haul materials such as flex base and select fill between approved loading sites and project destinations.
Current lanes may include routes in or near:
- Fairfield, TX
- Richland, TX
- Jarrell, TX
- Skulls Creek, TX
- Groesbeck, TX
- Hubbard, TX
- Moore Station, TX
- Young, TX
Lane assignments are based on available capacity, equipment type, dispatch needs, and site conditions.
Pay Structure:
Pay is based on the assigned lane and may be calculated by scale ticket tons or by load rate, depending on the lane.
Current lane rates include:
- Fairfield, TX to Hubbard, TX — $260 per load
- Richland, TX to Hubbard, TX — $220 per load
- Jarrell, TX to Hubbard, TX — $23.75 per ton
- Skulls Creek, TX to Moore Station, TX — $17.00 per ton
- Groesbeck, TX to Hubbard, TX — $9.25 per ton
- Groesbeck, TX to Moore Station, TX — $26.50 per ton
- Groesbeck, TX to Young, TX — $12.50 per ton
Actual earnings vary based on lane assignment, loads completed, payload, dispatch volume, site conditions, ticket approval, and equipment type.
Schedule:
- Daily dispatch
- Operating schedule varies by lane
- Many lanes operate 5 to 7 days per week
- Loading site hours are generally around 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Receiving sites may remain open later for trucks already loaded
Average site timing:
- Load/wait time: approximately 5 to 30 minutes
- Unload time: approximately 5 to 10 minutes, depending on site conditions
Payload:
Standard legal payload is approximately 25 tons. Trucks with the proper overweight permit may be able to haul approximately 28 tons, depending on lane and compliance requirements.
Documentation Requirements:
Payment requires complete, legible, and approved documentation.
Required documents may include:
- Signed and/or stamped scale tickets
- BOLs
- Supporting documents requested by dispatch or the project site
Scale tickets must be signed and/or stamped before payment can be approved.
Payment Terms:
Standard payment terms are Net 30 after approved ticket submission.
Optional Quick Pay is available:
- Typically issued within 3 to 4 days after approved tickets are submitted
- 5% quick-pay fee applies
Requirements:
Qualified owner-operators and carriers should have:
- Approved dump truck equipment
- Valid CDL, if applicable
- Proper insurance
- Operating authority, if required
- Required permits for overweight hauling, if applicable
- Ability to follow dispatch instructions
- Ability to comply with all site safety rules
- Ability to submit accurate paperwork within required timelines
- Reliable communication and professional conduct

Experience with aggregate, construction, site work, or dump truck hauling is preferred.
