About the Role:
Do you enjoy working with robotics, solving technical challenges, and improving welding performance?
We’re looking for a Robotic Welding Programmer to write, edit, and troubleshoot robotic welding programs that support high-quality production. In this hands-on role, you’ll help ensure weldments meet specifications while improving efficiency and minimizing downtime.
Responsibilities:

Write and optimize robotic weld programs to meet quality and cycle time standards

Troubleshoot robotic welding equipment and resolve programming issues

Inspect and test weldments to ensure they meet specifications
-
Set up and operate welding equipment (GMAW, GTAW)
Qualifications:

Welding, robotic programming, or related manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of weld parameters and fixturing is a plus

Comfortable working with computers and programming software
