About the Role
Access Labor Service is looking for a driven, hands-on Branch Manager to lead our Dover office.
In this role, you will be responsible for growing the branch, winning new business, managing daily staffing, and keeping clients and workers taken care of.
The ideal candidate has experience in construction, sales, staffing, project management, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Growth
- Cold call local businesses to win new accounts.
- Visit job sites and meet with clients.
- Identify new staffing opportunities.
- Close contracts and hit monthly sales goals.
- Work with our outside sales rep to grow the branch.
Operations & Leadership
- Recruit, interview, and assign temporary workers.
- Manage daily dispatching and worker check-ins.
- Match the right workers to the right job sites.
- Handle call-offs and last-minute staffing needs.
- Resolve client and worker issues quickly.
- Manage the day-to-day Dover branch.
Compliance
- Ensure safety rules and labor laws are followed.
- Manage payroll data and worker records.
- Maintain accurate employee and staffing information.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, B2B, staffing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Construction or project management experience is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Self-motivated and able to take ownership.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
