You Will:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, resources, and milestones.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.

Lead project teams in the execution of project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Monitor and control project variables, such as scope, budget, and risks.

Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide updates, gather requirements, and address concerns.

Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.

Proactively address and resolve challenges to keep projects on track.

Allocate and manage resources efficiently to ensure project tasks are completed within specified timelines.

Collaborate with team leads to optimize resource utilization.

Implement quality assurance measures to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.

Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions for continuous improvement.

Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within approved financial constraints.

Provide regular budget updates to stakeholders.

Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and other relevant documentation.

Ensure documentation is accessible and organized for reference.

Effectively manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.

Communicate changes to stakeholders and obtain necessary approvals.

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

Ten or more years’ experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Information Services or IT projects is required.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

Pay Range: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
