Regency Excavation is seeking experienced and dependable Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team. We specialize in underground utility installation, subdivision development, excavation, and site grading throughout Northern Utah.
Starting pay begins at $28.00 per hour and is based on experience, with opportunities for advancement and increased earnings as you develop your skills and grow within the company.

Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment safely, efficiently, and productively on excavation and utility construction projects
- Operate equipment including excavators, backhoes, skid steers, loaders, graders, and other construction equipment
- Perform excavation, trenching, grading, backfilling, and utility installation support
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Work closely with foremen, pipe crews, and other team members to complete projects safely and on schedule
- Follow company safety policies and industry best practices
- Maintain awareness of underground utilities, surrounding structures, and personnel while operating equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of heavy equipment operating experience preferred
- Experience with excavation, grading, and underground utility construction preferred
- Strong understanding of safe equipment operation and jobsite safety practices
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from work
