Social Security Disability is a program that assists people going through a difficult time in their lives. We are looking for a motivated individual that can be a compassionate consultant to those going through physical limitations that prevent them from working. We are seeking someone that wants to make a meaningful difference in people's lives, and is able to guide them through a process that can be overwhelming.
Qualified candidates will:
Be a consultant to people looking for information about Social Security Disability.
Place phone calls to potential clients that are seeking information about the process.
Inform potential clients of the process to get on disability
Answer potential clients’ questions about the program
Follow up with those that have expressed a need and interest in Social Security Disability
Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment
Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff
Communicate respectfully and politely with potential clients at all times
Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish/English
Be empathetic and compassionate to individual and have a genuine desire to help people.
High school diploma/GED required, college preferred.
3 years’ experience in sales (lead generation preferred) preferred
2+ years’ experience telemarketing a plus
Excellent phone manner and articulation
Ability to type minimum 40 WPM (words per minute)
Results-driven and not afraid to take on new challenges
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour
