We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and motivated General Laborer to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, safety-conscious, and takes pride in their work. The ideal candidate is willing to learn, adaptable, and committed to supporting the success of the team.
This position supports our daily operations by assisting with general labor duties, maintaining company tools and equipment, organizing inventory, and helping ensure our field crews have the resources they need to work safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor and yard duties
- Issue and receive company tools and equipment
- Maintain accountability for assigned tools and inventory
- Organize and maintain work areas and storage locations
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials
- Support daily field operations as assigned
- Complete basic inventory tracking using computer software
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous labor, construction, warehouse, or equipment experience preferred
- Basic proficiency in computer systems preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic with excellent attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
