Water Studio is the leading design-build firm specializing in design, fabrication, and installation of contemporary water features. We are seeking an exceptional CAD Designer/Project Manager to join our growing team at our design studio. You will be participating in a diverse team environment and work with project managers, in-house fabricators, and on-site installers. Qualifications:
- Proficiency and speed in AutoCAD.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight schedules and deadlines.
- A fast learner with ability to handle complex fabrication and construction details.
- A team player with ability to work well with others.
- Able to work full time in our design/fabrication facility.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Teams on Windows.
- Prefer 4 year college degree in related field (architecture, design, engineering, etc.)
- Experience with fabrication and 3D modeling.
Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed CAD drawings for design, fabrication, and construction.
- Assist with 3d modeling and renderings for design development.
- General project managment from concept to installation.
- Coordination with in-house and outside vendors, fabricators, and installers.
- General purchasing of materials and parts for projects.
- Assist with R&D and product development.
