Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated used Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives working independently, loves connecting with customers, and is comfortable working weekends to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Present and demonstrate boats, marine products, and services to clients.
- Guide customers through the sales process from inquiry to closing.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and client communications.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while staying aligned with team goals.
- Attend weekend events, boat shows, or appointments as needed.
- Continuously develop product knowledge to provide expert guidance.
Qualifications:
- Comfortable working weekends and flexible hours.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in marine, automotive, or luxury retail industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and take initiative.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of boats and marine products is a plus.
- Base rate + commission.

Pay: $20,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
