Defend employers across the full spectrum of employment litigation — wage and hour, PAGA, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination

Handle matters from inception through resolution: pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation

Advise employer clients on compliance with California and federal labor and employment laws
-
Draft policies, handbooks, and employment agreements to reduce litigation exposure
-
Collaborate with firm attorneys on cross-practice matters with an employment dimension
Looking For:

Active California bar license
-
Minimum 3 years of defense-side employment law experience
-
Strong PAGA case handling background
-
Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently and deliver practical compliance counsel
