What our work looks like
- Provide programming expertise on new products and technology.
- Provide programming expertise and control system design for small to medium sized oil and gas installations throughout the Permian Basin
- Programming SCADA products and support of these systems (IDEC PLC’s, Allen Bradley PLCs, SCADAPack, Totalflow products, Bristol, Siemens PLC’s ROC, Kimray and Schneider M221 controllers)
- Programming HMI related products (Panelview, FactoryTalk, Citect, SCADAvantage, ClearSCADA)
- Communications (radio, cellular, etc.) and networking assistance
- Based in the Midland office but may require up to 75% travel throughout the Permian Basin for new project work and in response to business needs.
- Provide exceptional customer support to our clients in the Midland office and in the field.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years programming in the field on Oil and Gas sites is a must.
- Journeyman or Apprentice Instrumentation/Electrician Technician qualifications would be an asset.
- Will be involved with hands on installation of control systems and that experience would be an asset.
- Strong customer service skills
- Demonstrated experience working outdoors in all climatic conditions and sometimes in remote locations.
- Capable of working efficiently under pressure in a sometimes physically demanding environment

Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
