Job Opportunity:
We're seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team as a "coach."
Requirements:
- Age 16+
- Availability to work evenings during the week and weekends (AM & PM shifts)
- Ability to engage with children and families in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. and stand for long periods
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- CLEANING IS A HUGE PART OF THIS ROLE!
- Maintain a clean and sanitized environment.
- Wipe down play equipment, toys, and surfaces.
- Restock supplies and manage trash/recycling.
- Assist with play area supervision and maintenance.
- Hosting and engaging with Birthday Parties.
- With every party you work, there is a chance for tips!
- Support sensory-friendly activities and events.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Salary is based on experience. Certain skills can increase your salary. These skills include: CPR & first aid training; speaking another language (Spanish, French, Sign Language); experience with special needs children
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
