Requirements
B.S. or M.S. in EE with minimum of 5 years experience in device modeling. Experience in high speed device modeling and development of ESD structures in CMOS technology. Experience using test and measurement equipment. Good interpersonal and communications skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and verify high speed device models. Develop and test ESD structures for high speed and lower speed I/Os. Work with design and layout engineers to integrate developed structures. Documentation of all the work done.
