Job Responsibilities:
The typical shift for this position is 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The store opener is responsible for ensuring that the restaurant is 100% set up for success. The role includes using the slicer to slice our fresh produce, baking bread, handling the cash and drawer, and other responsibilities. The opener must be comfortable moving at a speed that ensures the store is set up for success. After training, employees are eligible for a raise based on their ability to set the store up and work through a lunch rush.
- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise and motivate team members to maintain high levels of productivity and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
- Assist in training new employees on company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving overall efficiency.
Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen years of age.
- Previous experience in food handling, kitchen management, or related fields.
- Knowledge of food production processes and techniques.
- Familiarity with restaurant management practices.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
