Overview
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Early Preschool Teacher to inspire and educate children aged 3 and 4 years old. In this vital role, you will create engaging learning environments, foster social-emotional development, and support early childhood growth through innovative teaching methods.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and social skills.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and respect among young children.
- Use effective classroom management techniques to ensure safety, engagement, and smooth daily routines.
- Support children’s emotional well-being through behavior management strategies and individualized attention.
- Collaborate with families to share progress updates and discuss developmental milestones.
- Maintain accurate records of children’s development, attendance, and classroom activities in compliance with licensing requirements.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting or daycare environment.
- Strong skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, families, and team members.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
