What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners to inspect roofing and exterior storm damage
- Educate customers on roofing solutions and the insurance restoration process
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and company-supported leads
- Guide homeowners from the initial inspection through project completion
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure an outstanding customer experience
- Represent Committed 365 Roofing with professionalism and integrity
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve personal and financial goals
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Training & Work Environment
Our office is located in Waite Park, MN. New team members attend training at our office before transitioning to a field-based role. Once training is complete, you'll spend your time meeting with homeowners in your assigned territory rather than working from the office.
