Duties
- Assemble products and components using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment following detailed work instructions
- Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to move materials and finished goods throughout the facility
- Perform in-process quality checks to catch defects or inconsistencies early
- Follow all safety procedures when working with tools, mechanical parts, and machinery in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain accurate production logs, documentation, and inspection reports
- Partner with team members to meet daily production goals while upholding strong safety and quality standards
- Support inventory control by organizing parts and materials as needed
Skills
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or factory environment with familiarity in assembly processes
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Skilled use of hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment
- Warehouse experience; forklift certification highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and solid manual dexterity
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-moving, team-focused setting
- Basic understanding of manufacturing workflows and quality assurance procedures
