Creative Dining Services is looking for a full-time Lead Barista for our new café located in the Haworth Hotel on Hope College’s campus! The ideal candidate is a strong leader who delivers excellent customer service, stays organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while creating an exceptional guest experience.
Core Responsibilities:

Prepares and presents food & beverages according to established recipe and presentation standards

Achieve high levels of customer and client satisfaction

Ensure all equipment works and is maintained properly

Provide leadership, training, and instruction

Refer and provide information to higher management regarding issues or concerns
The successful candidate will have:
-
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

One year of retail or specialty coffee experience in a lead role.

Basic computer knowledge.
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
Must be able to lift/move 25+ lbs. May require standing for extended hours at a time. Environment may include hot, humid, or cold temperatures.
