National Autism Resources is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Forsyth, Missouri. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys building efficient systems, leading a team, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service. The Warehouse Manager will work closely with our Purchasing Manager to maintain accurate inventory, streamline operations, and support the continued growth of our business.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
- Supervise, train, schedule, and develop warehouse staff.
- Partner with the Purchasing Manager to maintain inventory accuracy and ensure products are available to meet customer demand.
- Manage receiving, stocking, replenishment, and warehouse organization.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and improve workflow.
- Monitor shipping performance and ensure high standards of order accuracy.
- Oversee kit assembly and other warehouse projects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Ensure OSHA safety practices and company policies are consistently followed.
- Assist with picking, packing, shipping, and receiving during peak periods or when needed.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and recommend operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of warehouse management experience required.
- Proven experience leading and developing warehouse teams.
- Strong inventory management and warehouse operations experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience with warehouse and customer service software is preferred. Familiarity with Brightpearl, NetSuite, Gorgias, or ShipStation is a plus.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch throughout the workday.
- Ability to safely lift packages weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment that is not air-conditioned.

Pay: $24.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
