We are currently seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing company.
Position Summary
The Lead HVAC Installer will be responsible for overseeing and performing residential and commercial HVAC installations from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Lead and perform HVAC system installations
- Install residential and commercial split systems, package units, heat pumps, mini-splits, and rooftop units
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and installation plans
- Ensure all installations meet local codes and manufacturer specifications
- Supervise and train installation helpers as needed
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
- Complete installation paperwork accurately and on time
- Communicate effectively with customers, builders, and project managers
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation experience required
- Experience with both residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to lead installations from start to finish
- EPA Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions
