How You Will Make an Impact:
As an Implementation Specialist, you will travel to new clinic locations to provide hands-on training to patient service and rehab tech teams, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver exceptional care. You will collaborate closely with local clinic managers to facilitate a seamless opening month, addressing any operational challenges that arise.
What You Will Do:

Conduct on-site training sessions for patient service and rehab tech teams.

Collaborate with clinic managers to develop and implement opening plans.

Provide ongoing support and guidance during the initial weeks of clinic operation.

Identify and resolve any operational issues to ensure a smooth launch.

Gather feedback from staff and management to improve future implementations.

What You Will Bring:

College degree required (preferably in kinesiology, healthcare administration, or a related field/experience)

Proven experience in healthcare implementation, administrative, or training roles required.

Strong understanding of rehabilitation principles and practices is a plus.

Ability to travel frequently to various clinic locations.

Phenomenal communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to interact with a variety of personalities.

Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Working knowledge of office management systems and tools, including proficiency with EMR software and handling digital records.

Work Location: Based in Austin, with up to 75% travel during new clinic openings
Work Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Schedule subject to change based upon clinic operating hours.
