Our practice specializes in comprehensive gynecologic care, obstetrics, menopausal medicine, robotic surgery, and aesthetic services. Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be passionate about women’s health, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working closely with patients and physician/nurse practitioner to deliver outstanding care.
Responsibilities
- Triage patient phone calls and portal messages.
- Assess patient concerns and provide clinical guidance within scope of practice.
- Coordinate care with physicians, nurse practitioners, hospitals, pharmacies, and specialists.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as ordered.
- Assist with in-office procedures and patient education.
- Review laboratory, imaging, and pathology results and communicate recommendations to patients.
- Manage prior authorizations and medication refill requests.
- Provide obstetric and gynecologic patient education.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Support quality improvement initiatives and clinical workflows.
- Assist with care coordination and follow-up of abnormal results.
Qualifications
Current Michigan RN license in good standing.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
Women’s health, OB/GYN, labor and delivery, family practice, or ambulatory care experience preferred.
Strong communication and patient education skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy clinical setting.
Proficiency with EPIC and basic computer applications.
Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
