Upscale, fast moving, complex and busy boutique looking for an associate with merchandising background. Must have ability to set and make changes to store displays with little to no direct direction using a variety of props and an ever changing inventory. Must be willing to receive inventory, and manage the organization of sales floor as well as back stock. associate will be responsible for the neat and appealing arrangements for all products in store while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, greeting and helping customers with their selections. We are a busy shop and all work together to ensure daily operations are completed and maintained. Communication, multi tasking, organization and a keen sense of both urgency and attention to details are all crucial to success in this position. We are looking for a permanent person to help our business grow! Position can be part or full time based on experience, performance and applicant needs.
