Local Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with a team of 50 physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers at Community Regional Medical Center.

Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. Become an integral member of the hospitalist team and community.

Community Medical Centers is affiliated with UCSF Fresno, which offers training to residents and fellows.
Qualifications:
Board-certified/eligible nurse practitioners with acute care certification required.

FNP-trained nurses need to have at least one year of previous hospital medicine NP experience.

Active California license preferred.

Experience in a hospital setting with inpatient care is preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care.

Authorized to work in the United States.
Scheduling:
-
Full- or part-time, day-shift role.
-
7 on/7 off schedule.

Shifts are 12 hours; 7 am – 7 pm.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide inpatient care in a closed ICU environment.

Consulted only on medical issues. Psychiatry is the primary for all patients.

Our patient population is diverse, so we are looking for a nurse practitioner who relishes the challenge of addressing a broad spectrum of patient needs.

Utilize Epic EMR system.

Rewards and Compensation:

Annual compensation of $160,000 - $165,000 + bonuses, based on the number of shifts worked.
