Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Day Restaurant Support team member to join our vibrant dining establishment. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a passion for the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen spaces.
- Support servers by clearing dishes promptly.
- Help set up and break down dining areas for special events or busy service periods.
- Ensure all utensils, glassware, and plates are clean and ready for use.
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Bar prep, ice, juicing, skewers
- Liquor, beer, supplies receiving, stocking, cardboard disposal
- Zoning, organization, dry storage, coolers, storage areas, restaurant shelves
- Cleaning touch up, special projects, weekly assignments
- Exterior cleaning, sidewalks, weeds, curbs, refuse area, windows, cobwebs, lights, gates
- Exterior flower watering
- Exterior snow shoveling and salting
- Bar stocking, liquor, wine, beer, ice, prep items
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills are essential.
- Must be able to stand for long periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
