Full-Time Patient Service Representative

Thornton, CO 80241
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
What You'll Do
- Greet and check patients in and out
- Schedule imaging appointments
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Verify insurance and assist with authorizations
- Enter and update patient information accurately
- Communicate with the billing team as needed
- Process medical records and other office paperwork
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to patients and referring offices
What We're Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in a medical office or hospital setting
- Insurance verification and authorization experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail
- Able to multitask and stay organized
