- Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently.
- Maintain floors through specialized care techniques like carpet cleaning and floor polishing to ensure a polished appearance.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally, fostering trust and satisfaction.
- Handle sanitation tasks diligently, ensuring all areas meet health and safety regulations through proper cleaning protocols.
- Execute janitorial and custodial responsibilities across residential or commercial environments with precision.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including inventory control of cleaning supplies and scheduling.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, including custodial or janitorial roles.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in hotel housekeeping or similar hospitality environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and products used in both residential and commercial settings.
