Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Solution Architect:
Strong hands-on experience with Quickbase: application design, formula fields, pipelines, code pages, and API integrations.
- Working understanding of UI Path strongly preferred: building, deploying, and maintaining automations in production.
- Solid backend development skills; JavaScript/Node.js or Python, with willingness to work across both.
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and building system-to-system integrations.
- Experience with cloud platforms, Azure preferred (Azure SQL, Blob storage, Azure OpenAI a plus).
- Comfort working in a regulated environment; healthcare, HIPAA, or compliance-adjacent experience is a strong plus.
- A self-directed working style: you take an assignment, figure out what you don't know, and deliver.
Responsibilities
- Assist the VP of Technology in building our eligibility and determination engine: Python services with typed data schemas, deterministic business-rule libraries, and an LLM orchestration layer on Azure OpenAI Service.
- Develop document-generation and workflow automations using UI Path, including automated intake from federal systems.
- Design, build, and maintain Quickbase applications that run our core operations, from intake through processing, tracking, and reporting, built to handle high record volume.
- Build and own integrations between Quickbase and our internal determination systems and external services, using REST APIs, webhooks, pipelines, and custom code pages, with reliability and idempotency built in.
- Build integrations with external data services, including provider verification against federal registries, with robust, well-specified error handling.
- Support our Azure data layer, including Azure SQL and Azure Blob storage.
- Identify and implement new automations that remove manual steps across intake, review, and reporting workflows.
- Lead technical implementation for new clients: connecting client systems, integrating via API or RPA, and automating client workflows.
- Maintain and improve existing Quickbase operations, formulas, and automations already in production.
- Help maintain our security posture: access roles and permissions, PHI handling within HIPAA-compliant boundaries, IT risk assessment, audit-retention practices, and business continuity.
Experience
