The Primary Functions are:

Consistently uphold the core values and standards of Paws Up Montana, ensuring every interaction reflects the authenticity, warmth, and refined professionalism of Montana hospitality.

Train, mentor, and support Front Office team members to ensure consistent adherence to brand standards and exceptional guest service.

Oversee the arrival and departure processes by coordinating special guest requests, maintaining and monitoring the daily arrivals and departures board, and auditing guest waivers for completeness and accuracy.

Communicate with guests and team members in a professional and timely manner regarding resort amenities, services, policies, and operational updates.

Anticipate guest needs and acknowledge preferences to deliver personalized service.

Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, sound judgment, and timely follow-through.

Respond to guest and internal communications across multiple channels while maintaining clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.

Accurately manage cashiering and billing procedures.
-
Maintain a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and other hours as required by the seasonal nature of the hospitality industry.

Serve as Manager on Duty as assigned, providing leadership and operational support across the resort.

Complete all assigned daily Front Office checklists accurately and on time.

Support all Front Office operations and perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Looking for Team Members with:

Proven leadership experience in a luxury hospitality or related service environment.

Knowledge of world-class hospitality standards and service excellence.

Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and composure in a fast-paced environment.

Previous Front Desk experience is required.

A valid driver's license with a minimum of two years of driving experience is required.
