A high-volume, menu-driven restaurant group in Hawaii is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead one of its flagship locations. What We’re Looking For
- Proven Executive Chef experience in high-volume restaurants
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage labor, food cost, ordering, and inventory
- Experience with menu development and seasonal features
- Strong understanding of kitchen systems, cleanliness, organization, and accountability
- Ability to lead, train, and inspire a BOH team
- Experience with events, banquets, and large group execution is a major plus
- Calm under pressure with strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Oversee all kitchen operations
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Lead hiring, training, scheduling, and development of BOH team
- Manage food and labor costs
- Ensure proper prep systems, pars, ordering, and inventory controls
- Work closely with ownership and leadership team on menu direction and operational goals
- Execute high-level dinners, private events, and seasonal programming
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and health department standards

About the Concept

The restaurant executes both regular dinner service and a significant amount of private events and large group dining.
Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
