Primary Objective: Provide customer service by selling and serving food and beverages to guests on the golf course and deliver exceptional guest satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities: Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service to golfers from the beverage cart, promoting menu items and upselling when appropriate. Prepare, stock, and maintain the beverage cart with food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring proper storage, cleanliness, and operational readiness. Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while maintaining knowledge of menu offerings and pricing. Follow all food safety, sanitation, health, and golf course operating procedures, including monitoring product quality and expiration dates. Maintain accurate daily inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, including items sold, returned, and restocked. Deliver excellent customer service by communicating professionally with golfers, answering questions, and providing course updates as needed. Report safety concerns or operational issues promptly to management and perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; must be at least 18 years of age. Valid Hawaii Driver's License and ability to safely operate a golf cart. Basic knowledge of golf course etiquette and procedures, with strong customer service and communication skills. Professional demeanor and flexibility to work mornings, weekdays, weekends, holidays, and other varying shifts as needed.

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.; push/pull/move objects; and lift overhead. Ability to function in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to withstand working in humid and outdoor temperatures.
