Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals following standardized recipes and menu guidelines
- Ensure food is cooked and served at the appropriate temperature
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with menu planning and recipe development
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies
- Follow requests on tickets rung in
Preferred Skills:
- Proven experience as a Cook in a professional kitchen or food industry setting
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
