Bennett Management Company is a second-generation, family-owned property management firm based in Eugene, Oregon. For more than 50 years we have specialized in residential, commercial, and HOA properties throughout the region.
We are seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a portfolio of residential properties and homeowner associations.
What you’ll do
- Oversee day-to-day operations across the portfolio, ensuring compliance with governing documents and local regulations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, residents, and vendors
- Monitor financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Coordinate maintenance and capital improvement projects
- Attend board meetings, prepare management reports, and provide strategic guidance to clients
- Resolve resident inquiries, conflicts, and rule-enforcement matters
What we’re looking for
- Strong management, operations, or client-service experience (prior property management experience is helpful but not required)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred but not required
- Comfort and proficiency with software tools and technology
