If you have experience in estate planning, you may be an excellent addition to our growing law firm. We are looking for a highly analytical candidate with good communication and organizing skills who can work full-time and is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts. As our estate planning attorney, you will work directly with clients to establish wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Compensation:
$90,000 - $125,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Discuss plans with clients for distributing clients’ assets
- Represent clients in court proceedings as needed
- Maintain client files to ensure they are properly organized and up to date
- Prepare wills, trusts, and power of attorney documents
- Great communication skills, particularly in stressful and emotional situations
Qualifications:-

- At least 1-2 years of working in a law firm on on estate planning and probate law issues is necessary
- 4-year degree with a legal background and J.D. degree are necessary for this position
- Must be licensed to practice law in Massachusetts
