We are in search of a yard man/laborer for a local construction company. Our general laborers play an important part in our Job site production. A General Laborers may operate hand and power tools of all types and a variety of other equipment and instruments. Must have a driver's license and forklift experience.
Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans or specifications.
- Move work trucks to other places in the yard
- Work on company equipment
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1 recent year experience working as a general laborer.
- Active Driver license and good driving record is required
- Forklift experience is required
- Must have a safety-first attitude. Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures is required
- Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the public always.
- Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials up to 75 pounds.
Pay Rate: $17
