As Cortex USA continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-driven In-Office Marketing & Sales Representative to join our growing team in Fairfield, New Jersey.
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of an international medical device company.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business through proactive outreach, including cold calling and prospecting
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and sales opportunities to drive business growth
- Collaborate closely with the Cortex USA team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Support marketing initiatives and customer engagement activities
- Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the Cortex brand
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer relationship management (medical or dental industry experience is a strong advantage)
- Hebrew and/or Spanish is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving results
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software
- Must be able to commute to our Fairfield, NJ office
