Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness within our facility. Cleaning days are Monday through Friday with M, W, and F being 6 hours a night and Tuesday and Thursday being 2 hours. Total hours are 22 hours per week.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and other communal areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages.
- Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment usage.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting or prolonged standing.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required.
