- Current PT license in the state of Colorado

What You'll Do
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, function, and independence.
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions that support rehabilitation and quality resident outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and the interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated, resident-centered care.
- Monitor resident progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Educate residents and families on treatment plans, mobility, safety, and continued recovery.
