Position Summary
Marathon Plumbing, Heating and Air is seeking a skilled Plumbing Installer to lead and execute advanced residential and light commercial plumbing installations throughout the Inland Empire, Orange County, and local Los Angeles areas. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality installations, mentoring junior installers, ensuring code compliance, and maintaining exceptional workmanship while supporting a growing installation team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and execute advanced residential and light commercial plumbing installations.
- Install, repair, and oversee water, gas, drain, and sewer systems from start to finish.
- Ensure all work complies with company quality standards, safety procedures, and local plumbing codes.
- Coordinate with project managers to manage schedules, materials, and customer expectations.
- Mentor and support junior installers while providing job-site leadership.
- Utilize advanced installation tools, trenchless technology, and diagnostic methods.
- Maintain a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail on every project.
- Promote a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience installing residential and light commercial plumbing systems.
- Strong knowledge of water, gas, drain, and sewer systems.
- Ability to read and interpret plumbing codes and installation requirements.
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
