Vista del Sol is a large Assisted Living and Memory Care in San Diego. We have full time and part time positions available for med-techs. In this role, we are hoping to hire individuals who are positive and compassionate, with a passion for assisting older adults. Experience with Assisted Living and Memory Care are preferred.
Our shift times are typically as follows:
AM: 5:30am-2pm/6am-2:30pm
PM: 2pm-10:30pm/2:30-11pm
Qualifications:
· Dependability, flexibility and a good sense of humor
· Ability to work as a team and follow directions
· Be at least 18 years of age
· Have a high school diploma/GED
· Med-tech experience is preferred, having an MA is helpful
Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):
·Assist residents with their medications in accordance with policies and procedures
·Monitor residents and report changes in condition
·Maintain accurate records and documentation
·Assist with medication storage, inventory and refills
·Follow established guidelines
·Communicate with healthcare professionals and families, including when seeking out medical attention for a resident.

Successful clearance of a criminal background check and pre-employment physical (including TB test and drug screening) is required.
Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
