Office Operations Coordinator duties and responsibilities include making office supplies arrangements and providing general administrative support to our employees. Previous experience as an Office administrator is a plus. A successful Office Operations Coordinator should have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets, and databases) and be able to handle administrative duties accurately. Ultimately, the Office Operations Coordinator should ensure the smooth running of the office and help improve company procedures and day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
Assist with maintaining files and filing systems
Monitor the level of supplies and handle shortages as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard office and processing procedures
Update reporting spreadsheets
Organize the office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
Update records, ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
Additional tasks may be assigned
Desired Knowledge:
Experience as an office assistant or in relevant administrative roles
Working knowledge of office equipment
Understanding of standard office procedures

Schedule
This is a part-time position - 30 hours/week
Monday – Friday
Flexible schedule, but the applicant will need to commit to a schedule of a minimum of four hours per day, with the same schedule kept for each day.
