Dunkin’ Crew Member – Sanitation & Prep SpecialistJob Summary
We are looking for a detailed-oriented, high-energy Crew Member – Sanitation & Prep Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to maintaining our store’s peak operational standards. You will balance food preparation duties with essential deep cleaning, master sanitation tasks, and keeping the store immaculate for our guests and team. Key ResponsibilitiesMaster Sanitation & Deep Cleaning
- Execute daily and weekly Master Sanitation tasks to maintain high food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Perform deep cleaning of kitchen equipment, prep areas, sandwich stations, and beverage lines.
- Ensure back-of-house areas, walk-in coolers, and storage spaces are organized and heavily sanitized.
- Consistently monitor and manage trash removal throughout the shift, ensuring all bins are emptied and bins/liners are replaced properly.
Food & Beverage Preparation
- Accurately prep food items, concentrates, and baking ingredients according to Dunkin’ brand standards.
- Stock and restock workstations, ice bins, and display cases to keep production moving smoothly.
- Follow proper product rotation (FIFO) and labeling procedures for store openers and closers to eliminate waste and guarantee freshness.
Health & Safety Compliance
- Adhere strictly to all local health department regulations and Dunkin’ food safety policies.
- Maintain proper chemical usage and storage protocols for all cleaning supplies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude toward physical tasks (lifting, scrubbing, deep cleaning).
- Excellent time management—ability to switch efficiently between cleaning tasks and food prep.
- High attention to detail (missing a spot isn't in your vocabulary).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in food service or commercial cleaning/sanitation is a major plus.
