Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective clients from our existing database
- Introduce and explain our services in a professional and engaging manner
- Answer questions and address customer concerns
- Persuasively communicate the value of our services and guide customers through the sign-up process
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain ongoing communication
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and progress
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone and by email
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
