Headline is a fast-growing sports card company hosting daily live breaks on Fanatics Live and serving a passionate, rapidly growing community of collectors. As we grow, we're looking for a reliable, friendly Part-Time Retail Associate to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.
About the Role
As a Part-Time Retail Associate, you'll be a key part of our team — assisting customers, managing trading card inventory, preparing and shipping orders, and helping keep our space organized and running efficiently. It's a hands-on, fast-paced role that's a great fit for someone who's dependable, detail-oriented, and excited about the hobby.
What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service, in person and online
- Sort, organize, and manage trading card inventory
- Accurately pack and ship cards and orders to customers
- Assist with restocking, product prep, and keeping the space clean and organized
- Support live break operations and events as needed
- Handle transactions and point-of-sale accurately (as needed)
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable on your feet and handling physical tasks (packing, lifting boxes)
- Able to work a flexible part-time schedule, including some weekends
- Interest in or knowledge of sports and/or trading cards is a plus
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
