We are currently seeking a full-time, on-site Supervisor at our Ft. Worth Distribution Center. This position provides vital assistance the to the area MAnsager by supervising regular associates and temporary workers. Key responsibilities include assessing production schedules and man-hour requirements, interpreting company policies, enforcing safety regulations, and evaluating production methods for efficiency. Additionally, this role helps prepare performance evaluations, maintains time and production records, and fosters an open, engaging work environment.
