A manufacturer of sporting parts, with an engineering flavour, is a well-known seller to businesses all over the world in the area of outdoor pursuits. They sell to high street stores, online stores, Amazon and more.
The business is implementing SAP covering warehouse management, order management and finance, integrating with Salesforce. They currently use an AS400 solution and are replacing JD Edwards (for those who can remember JD Edwards!)
We are looking for an SAP training analyst to work on training materials and deliver the odd training session.
We are looking for:
1. SAP systems knowledge; multiple projects, ideally in a retail or manufacturing setting
2. R2R (Record to Report) and/or OTC (Order to Cash) module exposure
3. Strong training background, ideally from a tier 1 consulting firm or similar
4. Experience in manufacturing would be an advantage
Rates are 70-90 USD/hour depending on background
The SAP transformation covers supply chain, finance and order management. The supply chain is not complicated as the company orders ‘already made’ products from its suppliers vs. sourcing all the components from different places. They are moving from an old warehousing system to a new one. They have 3 warehouses in LA, the East coast and one in Canada.
The client is quite new to change and they will need a thoughtful and caring individual; the culture is a family-friendly type and not hugely corporate.
Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
Work Location: Remote
