We're building something different.
A next-generation fitness and social club where functional fitness, outdoor training, aquatic performance, and an active social community come together. The facility is still under development, which means we're not looking for someone to simply work at the club—we're looking for someone who wants to help create it.
As our Fitness Guru, you'll be one of the first faces of the brand, helping shape the vision before the doors even open. You'll generate excitement in the community, gather feedback, help refine programming, recruit founding members, and become the ambassador who brings the culture to life.

What You'll Help Build
- Indoor functional fitness experiences
- Outdoor bodyweight and performance training
- Aqua fitness and conditioning programs utilizing our Olympic-sized pool
- Group challenges, competitions, and events
- A vibrant social scene that extends beyond workouts
- A culture where members push hard, recover well, and have fun doing both
What You'll Do Before We Open
- Become an advocate and storyteller for the club
- Build curiosity and anticipation in the local market
- Engage with potential members online and in person
- Help define programming, events, challenges, and member experiences
- Recruit founding members and early supporters
- Gather community feedback and help shape the final vision
After We Open
- Serve as the face and ambassador of the club
- Lead workouts, events, challenges, and fitness experiences
- Create memorable member interactions
- Foster community engagement and social activities
- Support member success, retention, and growth
- Continue evolving programs and experiences based on member feedback
Who You Are
- Passionate about fitness, health, and human performance
- Equal parts coach, motivator, marketer, and community builder
- Comfortable leading groups and speaking with strangers
- Social media savvy and excited to create buzz
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help build something meaningful
- Naturally energetic, optimistic, and engaging
- Able to inspire both serious athletes and everyday fitness enthusiasts
Bonus Points If You Have
- Group fitness certification(s)
- Personal training experience
- Aquatic fitness or swimming background
- Event planning experience
- Community-building or social media marketing experience
- Startup mentality and willingness to wear multiple hats

Pay: $55,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
