What You Will Do
Run scheduled appointments, guide homeowners through the sales process, finalize design and scope, present approved pricing, complete clean contracts, and manage CRM follow-up.
What You Need
· Proven sales experience with strong goal attainment
· Strong communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills
· Comfort selling face-to-face in an in-home environment
· Flexibility and responsiveness as opportunities arise
· Reliable transportation across MD, VA, and DC and a clean driving record
