Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and knowledgeable service to guests
- Recommend sushi items and pairings with sake and wine
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Follow all restaurant policies and food safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year of serving experience in a restaurant setting
- Experience with sushi, sake, and wine required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
